Question

While registering for MCA , select my Category as a open-EWS  , can I change it to SEBC  during cap round registration or verification. I got documents of it .....

Yes, you can change your category during CAP registration. The CAP process requires you to fill out a fresh application form, where you can select SEBC instead of Open-EWS, provided you have all the valid supporting documents.
