Different name on TC and Aadhar

sir, I have scored 98.82 in MAH CET BBA bca cet. there is a problem in my fathers name. on my academic documents i.e 10th marksheet ,10th LC, 12th marksheet ,12th LC and MAH CET scorecard my fathers actual name is Govind but it apperas Govindrao . on my aadhar and my fathers aadhar it is Govind . do it will create any problem in E-secrunity process ? i m very worry about it. i had visited to my school but they told me that it will took time to change the name. which name i should consider for admission?
