When you use the MAH MCA CET Predictor, we may collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and mobile number when you create an account.
• Academic information: Your MAH MCA CET percentile and city, used solely to personalise your college predictions.
• Usage data: Which colleges you shortlist, which filters you apply, and how many Vision CollegeFit reports you generate.
• Authentication data: We use Google Firebase for sign-in. We do not store your Google password.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalised college predictions and recommendations.
• To remember your shortlisted colleges and preferences across sessions.
• To manage your Vision CollegeFit report quota.
• To contact you about your account or our services (only if you have opted in).
• To improve the accuracy of our prediction engine using anonymised aggregate data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers (Firebase, Render) necessary to operate the platform, bound by confidentiality agreements.
• If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at visionacademyedu.com@gmail.com.

5. Cookies

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to keep you signed in and to save your form preferences locally. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
